This Technical Schedule relates to the CERTIFIRE scheme for certification of product conformity to Regulations B2, B3 and B4 of Schedule 1 of the Building Regulations 2000 (amended) dealing with Fire Spread. The scheme is currently applicable only to mineral fibre products designated as either non-combustible or of limited combustibility in accordance with the test requirements of A6 and A7 of Approved Document B, Parts 1 and 2, ‘Fire Safety’, to the Building Regulations and when the products are used in accordance with the provisions of the Approved Document.
