在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產品符合歐盟《技術協(xié)調與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產品提出的一種強制性要求。

1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產品指令，柔性橡膠發(fā)泡材料需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調標準，柔性橡膠發(fā)泡材料需符合協(xié)調標準EN 14304
4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調標準EN 14304進行測試評估，歐盟公告認證機構根據(jù)認證體系3進行測試認證
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書
6、發(fā)放產品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
